One bag (2 kg) of mashed potatoes gives about 20 servings of 200 g ready-made mash (approx. 4 kg of ready-made mash).
Recipe ingredients: 2 kg (1 bag) of mashed potatoes (frozen), 2 l liquid*, 80 g fat or oil, 10 g (1 tablespoon) salt.
Convection oven: Measure and mix the ingredients in a GN container. Preheat the oven using steam function (100 °C) for about 5-10 minutes. Put the GN container in the oven and cook using steam function at 100 °C for about 20-25 minutes without a lid, until the core temperature of the mash exceeds +70 °C. Stir and let it rest covered for a few minutes, stir again before serving. * Liquid can be water, milk or a mixture of both.
